Terms and Conditions

• 1 twin room with private bathroom and possibility to add a bed
• 1 double/twin room with possibility to add a bed
• 1 single room (or twin)

Check-in: 3PM to 10PM (for different times please call for arrangements)
Check–out: before 10AM

You can reserve the entire B&B.

Special prices for long period (up to 3 months). Call for more infos.

Possible room for events.

Rates include:

• Bath towels and bed linen;
• Rooms are cleaned every day;
• Bed sheets are changed every 3 days;
• Bath towels are changed every 3 days;
• Free parking.
• Not included tourist tax of 1 euro per person.

Terms of booking and/or cancellation:

• The reservation will be accepted upon receipt of a wire transfer of 33% of the total amount. The remaining balance is due upon arrival, in cash. We do not accept credit cards.
• Cancellation policy: no charge if you cancel 20 days before arrival. In case of late cancellations and no-shows, we will charge a penalty of 33% of the total.

Rules of the B&B:

• Check out before 10:00 am. Any exceptions must be agreed in advance.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the bed and breakfast, the only place allowed is the garden.
• No pets allowed
• Do not leave valuables unattended, the managers of the B&B are not responsible for any loss and invites customers to pay close attention.
• The keys will not be handed unless extraordinary needs, and still must be returned immediately and obviously before departure. The loss of the keys will be charged an amount of € 50.00.
